Microgreens for the win!
They have a much higher concentration of phyto-nutrients than mature vegetables/herbs.
Every plant grown on the farm is harvested at the peak of it's nutritional density, which for most vegetable plants like Broccoli or Kale is
between 1-2 weeks old.
At this stage, they're considered a 'Microgreen'. Studies have shown them to be 6-40x denser in nutritional value than their mature counterpart.
With full control over our indoor growing environment, unwanted particles and pests stay outside where they belong, eliminating the need for any harmful chemicals.
